Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy for eligible physical items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your physical item to request a return.
Digital items are final sale
All digital products are non-refundable and non-returnable, including eBooks, downloads, license keys, bonus files, and digital add-ons.
Bundles or packages that include any digital content are also final sale (even if the bundle includes a physical item). If a physical component arrives damaged/defective, we will replace the physical component where possible, but we do not refund bundles that include digital access.
Gift cards
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Eligibility for returns (physical items only)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unread, unworn, in new, resalable condition, and in original packaging (or protective packaging). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Books: Returns are accepted only if the book is in new, unread, resalable condition. Returns may be rejected or partially refunded if the book shows signs of reading/use (creased/broken spine, bent pages/corners, writing, stains, odors, pet hair, etc.). If the book arrived sealed, it must be returned with the seal intact.
Start a return
To start a return, contact us at author@sabrinagiacalone.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. Returns must be approved before sending anything back. Items sent without approval may not be accepted.
Return shipping
Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, or damage), you are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except where required by law). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Include photos and your order number so we can make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
EU/EEA/UK 14-day cooling-off period (physical goods only)
If the merchandise is shipped to the EU/EEA or the UK, you may have the right to cancel/return eligible physical goods within 14 days of delivery, subject to statutory exceptions. This does not apply to digital content once access/download begins, or to personalized/custom goods.
